Do you take both private and NHS clients?

We’re pleased to welcome both private and NHS patients.

There is currently a waiting list for NHS treatment, but whichever route you choose, we’re here to support you. Many of our patients opt for private care to access a wider range of treatment options, greater flexibility with appointment times and tailored support throughout their journey.

You’ll receive outstanding care in a calm, welcoming environment – with our experienced team by your side every step of the way.

Do you accept new patients?

We do! New patients are welcome at East Midlands Orthodontics, and we encourage everyone to get in touch with us to discuss their orthodontic treatment options, and book a free consultation.

What if I’m an anxious patient?

We understand that visiting the orthodontist can be a scary experience for some people, and especially children, and our warm, friendly team is experienced with anxious patients, and we’ll make sure you and your family feel comfortable with what’s happening at all times, and in safe hands.

Is there parking available at the practice?

We do have off street parking available to patients of the practice.

Is your practice LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Absolutely – we pride ourselves on having not only a family-friendly practice, but also an inclusive practice where anyone feels welcome. If you’re unsure of anything or need some support, our lovely treatment coordinator can chat to you about your questions or concerns, and make sure you feel completely comfortable visiting us.

What are your Covid-19 safety protocols?

We take the health and safety of our staff and patients very seriously at East Midlands Orthodontics. Our staff all wear face masks, and our practice is always kept exceptionally clean and sterile.
